Salah Offers Statement to Squad, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has revealed that Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the fallout from his public comments.

Salah was left out from a European match subsequent to making accusations and stating his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I'm sorry.’”
Arne Slot has chosen not to comment publicly on whether he got an explanation from the veteran striker.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction remained positive. “Nothing about him changed, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a competitor wanting to play is preferable. “I understand there are different methods you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s concerning.”
On-Field Response
The team's performance have stayed unbeaten in the period after the situation. He feels the forward's comments were not intended to harm the team.
“If passion has boiled over, it has consistently come from a good place,” the midfielder stated. “We’re past that now and we’re uniting strongly, playing well and starting to win games.”
