This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
